Transfer Service
If you currently have service with Alagasco and are moving to another address in Alagasco's service area, please use our Transfer Service Form to transfer your account to your new location. Our service personnel can connect the gas service at your new address every day except weekends and holidays.

Please allow 24 hours for your request to be scheduled. The meter reading may be estimated. There is no fee to transfer service.

If you prefer to speak to a representative, please call 1-800-292-4008. In order to serve you more quickly and accurately, please have the following information ready when you call:

• Name of the account holder
• Alagasco account number
• Stop Service address
• New Service address
• Contact number
• Alternate contact number
• Last four digits of the account holder's social security number
