"My account" Terms of Use In order to use Alagasco’s online customer self service feature (this "Service"), you must review and accept these Terms of Use ("Terms") and then complete the two-step registration process. If you accept these Terms, click the "I AGREE" button at the bottom of the page. If you do not accept these Terms, click the "CANCEL" button at the bottom of the page to cancel your registration. 1. Responsibility for Protection of Access Codes You understand that your username and password and any other security access codes are there for the protection of your information and the integrity of Alagasco’s system. It is your responsibility to see that your username and password or other security access codes are not disclosed to unauthorized persons. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur and liabilities that you may incur as a result of the use of this site by you and those using your login information. Alagasco will use reasonable efforts to resolve any actual error within thirty (30) days from the time we receive notice. 3. Exclusion of Warranties THE SERVICE AND RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALAGASCO, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS (EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE. 4. Stopping the Service You may stop participating in this Service by sending a written request to Alagasco’s customer service department by letter or through the "Contact Us" email link. Alagasco reserves the right to stop your use of the Service if: (i) You provide incorrect information during the registration process; (ii) Your account becomes inactive; (iii) State or Federal laws or regulations require us to change the Service; (iv) You violate these Terms; or (v) Alagasco discontinues the Service. 5. Additional Terms and Changes to These Terms These Terms are in addition to any other terms applicable to this or other services offered through Alagasco’s website. In addition, Alagasco may at any time modify these Terms. Your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms in force at the time of your use.
